1- Is shipping really free?
- Yes, we offer FREE shipping all day, every day!
2- How long will it take the support team to get back to me regarding design requests and/or quotes?
- Please allow the support team 48 hrs to get back to you.
3- If am unsure of how I want the merchandise to look or need assistance with designing a logo and or text, can the support team help me?
- Yes, depending on the number of items ordered, our design service and advice on how the merchandise best looks is free of charge. We also provide unlimited revisions.
4- Do I get a discount the more I order?
- Yes, the per-item price drops the more you order.
5- What kind of design or dimensions do you require?
- We request that you send us high resolution images (high DPI) as lower resolution images can be very blurry/pixelated and will not look good once printed.
6- What if I want an item custom-made that you don't offer on your website?
- We are slowly trying to expand by adding more items, so chances are we can get any item you want custom-made, and mass produced. Please write our support team to ask about the item availability and price.
7- If I want my own organization logo or name printed on the tag, can you do that?
- Yes, on many occasions we can print your own organization logo on the tag of t-shirts, hoodies, etc. This has to be stated when placing the order, otherwise it's a generic tag.
8- Where are the items made?
- This depends on the item/s ordered and quantity as our suppliers/manufacturers are located in both the US and overseas.
9- Is your merchandise authentic?
- Yes! We offer material exactly as advertised. If we are offering 100% cotton apparel, then it's what you should expect. If we are offering a blend, let's say with Polyester, then it will be a blend. The same goes for 100% Polyester and so on. Please make sure to check the description to know what you are purchasing exactly as we are not liable for mistakes made by not checking the material. This also applies to mugs, if ceramic or Stainless Steel, and the weight of paper in notebooks. Checking the items description is key here!
10- How long will take before I receive my item/s?
- This really depends on the number of items you order as the more items you order, the long the production. However, generally speaking, the average production time is 7 business days, then shipping is usually 7-14 business days after that. We do offer expedited shipping for an additional cost.
11- If I need items urgently, let's say within a week, can you make it happen?
- Yes, we have the ability to get items to you within a week or so, so long as the mockup is confirmed quickly and we can start production ASAP. Keep in mind that there will be an additional cost for expedited shipping.
12- What is your return policy?
- If you receive the item/s and discover any flaws due to a mistake of ours (be it in the design, printing, wrong size, damaged merchandise), we ask that you give us a chance to fix it as on many occasions, we are able to reproduce the merchandise based on proof of the return shipment. If you simply want to return the merchandise due to a mistake of ours as stated above, we offer 100% money back guarantee. This means your money is refunded to you in its entirety including any return shipment feeds. If you change your mind about how a design looks (be is the size, color, position, etc.) despite showing the proof, we unfortunately can NOT accept the return as the merchandise is custom-made and made to order, which means it can't be sold to anyone else or reused.
